We developed a social strategy that blended organic and paid efforts, with a focus on top-of-funnel content that prioritized discoverability and connection over overt brand messaging. Early in our engagement, we mapped competitor messaging to identify white space in the category, revealing an opportunity for ECOS to own the intersection of accessible cleaning and wellness lifestyle content.
We used boosted spend to amplify high-performing posts already driving follower growth, while our in-house creators built a library of evergreen content, from cleaning hacks to product guides, that could flex across weekly trends and cultural moments. This allowed us to scale quality content quickly while positioning ECOS as both a trusted product and an everyday lifestyle essential.
ECOS brought Spark on board to solve a major disconnect: despite nearly 60 years of legacy and national retail presence, their social engagement and audience size weren’t reflecting the brand’s scale or impact. With an ambitious goal to grow their following from 20K to 100K in a year, they needed a partner that could elevate content quality, move quickly on trends, and reposition their messaging to connect with a broader wellness audience.
